Terms & Conditions for Booking online

 

Details of all players must be entered when making the booking.

Please note that single player or 2 player bookings may be made to pair up with other players. A 3 player booking may be made into a 4 ball at anytime.

On completion of your booking you will be sent an automatic email confirming your booking reference, tee time and date of booking. You maybe required to produce a copy of this on arrival. If you do not receive confirmation within 12 hours please contact the pro shop on 01636 816626 and we will be happy to confirm the relevant details.

Society bookings cannot be made on-line. If you wish to book a society, please contact Paul Thornton, General Manager directly on 01636 816626 (opt 3) or email [email protected].

PLEASE NOTE: all third party voucher bookings (2 for 1, etc) must be made by telephone and cannot be made online.

Payment

Full payment required in advance for all bookings, your booking will hold for 30mins after which if no payment received your booking will be removed

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your booking, please telephone the pro’s shop on 01636 816626 (opt 1) as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be made online. We are unable to offer refunds, but are happy to move your booking to another day

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Booking Transferable

The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
